Acceptable use

Rules for what you can post, how you can use other users' contact details, and what gets you removed.

Last updated

You will not

  • Post content that breaks Fijian law.
  • Post jobs, vehicles, or properties you don't have the right to list, or which contain false information.
  • Post discriminatory job ads (age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, disability — except where a legitimate occupational requirement applies, and even then state it clearly).
  • Use another user's contact details for purposes other than the listing.
  • Send unsolicited marketing to users you've only spoken to through a listing inquiry.
  • Attempt to scrape, mirror, or republish TradesFiji content at scale.
  • Attempt to bypass our payment workflow or list paid content for free.
  • Post content designed to defraud, mislead, or harm any other user.

You will

  • Use real contact details on your account.
  • Honour any commitment you make through a listing (job offer, sale price, lease).
  • Report content you believe violates these rules.
  • Respond to verification requests from our ops team when asked.

If we remove your listing or account

We'll tell you what rule we believe was broken and give you a chance to respond before any permanent action. For serious violations (fraud, illegal content) we may suspend immediately and respond afterwards.
