1. Who you're contracting with
TradesFiji is operated by TradesFiji Pte Limited, a company registered in Fiji and headquartered in Suva. When these terms refer to “us” or “we”, they refer to that entity.
2. Your account
One TradesFiji account works across all our sub-platforms. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our acceptable-use policy.
3. Listings and content
When you post a listing — a job ad, a vehicle, a property, anything else — you confirm that you have the right to do so, that the information is accurate, and that you'll honour any offer or transaction the listing represents.
4. Payments and billing
TradesFiji does not accept card payments. Paid features are billed by invoice with NET-7 terms and paid by bank transfer using a reference code we issue you. All prices are in Fijian dollars and published on the pricing pages.
5. Disputes
We're a marketplace, not a transaction party. Disputes between buyers and sellers are between them. We'll help where we can — verification, account moderation, evidence preservation — but we're not party to the underlying deal.
6. Changes to these terms
We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change to these terms takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Fiji and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Suva.
